Special Note: Due to the high-quality sponge material, some natural yellowing (oxidation) may occur over time; this is a normal characteristic of high-density foam and does not affect the safety or performance of the stairs.
These stairs are shipped vacuum-compressed to save on shipping costs.
Upon arrival, carefully remove the packaging.
Allow 24–48 hours for the foam to fully rebound to its original size.
Note: Please allow for a 3–4cm variance in dimensions as the foam settles after decompression.

Tips:
1. For manual measurement, the errors would be about 2-3cm.
Because the volume of the product is too large, we use vacuum compression to pack the pet ladder. After the buyer receives the package, he needs to place it for 2-3 days to restore the original shape after unpacking the inner vacuum packaging bag.
